1. Services
SecondEagle Immigration & Career Advisors provides immigration advisory, document preparation, and career consultancy services. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice or legal representation. Our services are governed by separate written contracts signed with each client.
2. User Accounts
When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at support@secondeagle.com.
3. Fees and Payment
Service fees are as specified in your client contract. The upfront fee is non-refundable. Remaining fees are due at the time of petition filing. All fees exclude USCIS government filing fees, which are the client's responsibility. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information, respond promptly to our requests for information, review all prepared documents before submission, select appropriate expert recommenders, and pay USCIS filing fees directly to USCIS. False statements in immigration applications may result in criminal penalties.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of SecondEagle or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
6. Confidentiality
SecondEagle maintains strict confidentiality of all client information. We will not disclose your personal or case information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law. All advisors and staff are bound by confidentiality agreements.
7. Limitation of Liability
SecondEagle's liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for services. We are not liable for USCIS decisions, changes in immigration law, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
